I made these car seats, umm, a year ago. Here they are, less new, a bit worn, but I still love them. We got a mini-van at Thanksgiving and luckily the interior is gray and looks nice with them. Baby #3 is due in May and I'm debating about making him/her one to match.
The seersucker jon jon is an oldy but goody. I make matching dresses and jon and jons for my two and decided to make this for my cousin's little boy. The seersucker is great for spring, but I usually opt for some funkier fabrics.

you could make this in about 2 hours. I've got a pattern that does the girl dress AND the jon jon. It's called Holly & Hunter. I'll try to see who the manufacturer is. They are super EASY!!!
